Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping will be either via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the items ordered. Typically, orders placed before 8pm will be sent out next day. We ship items from our warehouse in St. Cloud, Florida. Shipments go out Monday-Friday.

Shipping to USA

Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $3 for any order under $49, and free for any order over $49.

Shipping to Canada

Currently, shipping to Canada is a $10 flat rate charge. This is subject to change.

International Shipping (Outside of Canada)

We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Privacy & Security

Order with confidence! Our payment processing takes place in an SSL-encrypted, PCI Compliant facility. When you go to place an order on Flavorpuff.com, you will be redirected to a different looking website address. This is expected and normal - Big Commerce handles our online payment processing, for the upmost privacy and security. Returns & Replacements

Our return and replacement policy for hardware (batteries, clearomizers, etc.) is this: we guarantee the product to not be DOA (Dead On Arrival). If an item looks to be broken or not useable when you receive it, do not use it. Email us at admin@flavorpuff.com, and you can return the item for a full refund (we will cover the cost of return shipping). If an item is used at all, we will not accept returns on it. We do not accept returns on e-Liquid, due to the nature of the item. If you have any questions or comments regarding our return and replacement policy, please email us - we are welcome to comments and ideas on how to improve!
